The second single from Littoral States, a new collaborative album from harpist Sarah Pagé and percussionist Patrick Graham, is out now. ‘Crossing Over’ is a relatively short, wistful piece that centers on Pagé’s aqueous harp melodies. With spectral bells hovering in the quieter moments, the composition evokes themes of passage and transition. It’s a perfect window into the potent soundworlds built by this exciting pair. The subtle flourishes of Graham’s percussion, floating somewhere off in the distance, hint at the greater depths within the duo’s gorgeous, multivalent music.
