‘Playing Moon, Dancing Flower’

Our project ‘Playing Moon, Dancing Flower’ was live-stream broadcast on the Ustream website and is now archived there as well- worth watching! This unique project was held at the beautiful Waka-no-Ura Art Cube, in Wakayama, Japan. Partly in celebration of the November full-moon (2011-11-11), the show featured original dance by Hideo Arai and Kiyoko Itasaka, music by the Wakayama Gagaku-Kai trio and myself on percussion, and several extraordinary botanical installations by artist Fumika Fujiwara.
